Conditions We Do Not Treat

While our prescription-based skincare solutions are effective for many skin concerns, certain complex dermatologic conditions are best managed by a board-certified dermatologist.

X Severe or Cystic Acne – Often requires oral medications such as doxycycline or isotretinoin (Accutane) or in-office procedures for best results.

X Severe or Treatment-Resistant Rosacea – May require oral antibiotics, laser therapy, or specialized dermatologic interventions.

X Autoimmune Skin Conditions (e.g., Psoriasis, Lupus, Eczema, Vitiligo) – Typically require systemic medications or biologic therapies beyond topical care.

X Deep or Severe Acne Scarring – Best treated with in-office procedures like laser resurfacing, microneedling, or subcision.

X Keloids or Hypertrophic Scars – Often need steroid injections or surgical intervention.

X Advanced Melasma or Hyperpigmentation – May require oral medications, chemical peels, or laser treatments.

X Suspicious Moles or Skin Lesions – Should be evaluated by a dermatologist for biopsy and skin cancer screening.
